The iconic hot dog has a long history at IKEA and we want its vegetarian cousin to be just as popular and enduring. Our vegetarian sausages are made entirely from vegetables and are, of course, suitable for vegans.  

We tested a whole host of recipes until we found the perfect one. The star ingredients of our vegetarian hot dog are kale, red lentils, carrots, red cabbage, celery, onion, quinoa and ginger. Sounds delicious! As always, you can choose to add one of our traditional toppings: pickled red cabbage, fried onions and mustard or fried onions and pickles.
